Purchased credits shall remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
Credits purchased on CredCheck are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash. We recommend thoughtful planning to maximize the value of your Credits.
How do you obtain consent from businesses being assessed?
For our Expert report, we send an email and SMS to your partner business, requesting their consent. If consent is not received, you can opt for our Essential or Advanced reports.
What types of businesses are eligible for the Essential Report?
The Essential Report is available for Public and Private Limited Companies, LLPs, Proprietorships, Partnerships, HUFs, and other registered business entities.
